Huanggang Humanwell Pharmaceutical international high-end new characteristic API industrialization production base, a collection of chemical synthesis, bio-pharmaceutical and other modern pharmaceutical technology, the design uses the international mainstream vertical flow, fully closed and automated, intelligent process technology, the total investment of about 1.5 billion yuan, land area of about 270 acres. It is planned to build 13 production workshops, environmental protection projects and research and development areas, covering more than 20 production lines of high-end API varieties. It is a modern pharmaceutical biological base for new API varieties, big products, short varieties and other pharmaceutical products of Humanwell Pharmaceutical Group.

Relying on its own advanced production line, perfect production management system and strict quality management system, OaseTECH completed production and prefabrication of all equipment modules in the OaseTECH factory in advance. After arriving at the site, the company carried out assembly construction, greatly reducing the construction period and construction land area. Combined with the annual energy consumption and load distribution of the production base and the local peak-valley electricity of Huanggang, the system is equipped with two 4816m³ cold storage and water storage tanks, which make full use of the two-mode unit for efficient cold storage in the night trough electricity price period and use it in the daytime peak energy consumption period, which not only greatly reduce the electricity cost for customers, but also reduce the electricity load of the grid in peak hours. Balance the load demand of the grid, improve the utilization rate of power generation equipment, reduce power generation energy consumption, reduce carbon emissions, reduce air and environmental pollution.
